"Magic H8 Ball is reminiscent of '90s era Burton in more ways than one (between its zany tone and sunny suburban exteriors), but there's also an undercurrent of truth to its off-beat examination of the experience of being a 20-something gay man in the modern world." - Screen Rant

Musical Therapy: The Musical

The comedy musical taking NYC from behind!

Now in development for Off Broadway—premiering early 2026.

Musical Therapy is an original comedy musical created by Joey Katsiroubas (music and lyrics) and Dan Hass (book).

For couples experiencing sleepless nights, chronic fights, or other undiagnosed romantic dysfunctions, there’s only one solution: Theresa. A (slightly unhinged) couples counselor who uses a combination of talk therapy, homemade sock puppets, and a few stalker tendencies to navigate her clients’ rocky relationships.

Sure, she can be a little clingy, melodramatic, and maniacally manipulative. But Theresa’s bad luck with love has only reinforced her commitment to helping the couples in her care.

Well… until a prospective client / potential soulmate, Will, moves into the office nextdoor.

It’s obsession at first sight. And Theresa won’t stop until she makes Will into her beautiful, bulgy-biceped Mr. Wonderful. She’ll breach confidentialities, break hearts, and ruin relationships—mixing and matching her clients until it’s just Wonderful and her. Forever. And ever. And ever. And ever. And ever. And ever. And ever.
